Refund policy
📦 Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following strict criteria:
Brand New Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the exact condition they were received.
Tags Attached: The brand tag and original plastic seal must remain fully intact. Returns or exchanges will be rejected if these have been removed or tampered with.
Final Sale Items: Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Excluded Items: COD fees, Express shipping charges, and premium packaging materials (such as gift wraps or custom boxes) are strictly non-refundable.
💸 Refunds, Fees & Price Adjustments
Logistics Fee: A standard deduction of 100 INR will be applied to all approved refunds to cover return logistics.
Refund Timeline: Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, approved refunds take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original form of payment.
Exchanges for Lower-Value Items: If you exchange a product for an item of lesser value, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
Exchange Refusal Fee: If you request an exchange and subsequently refuse the delivery of your new exchange package, an automated deduction of 200 INR will be applied to your final refund.
🔄 The Return & Exchange Process
Submit Your Request: Contact us on support@vibein.com to initiate your request. You must upload a clear photo or video showing that the brand tags and plastic seals are fully intact.
Reverse Pickup: Once approved, our courier partners will attempt a reverse pickup within 4–5 working days.
Pickup Attempts: Reverse pickup will be attempted up to two (2) times. If both attempts fail, or if reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our central warehouse.
Please note: Refusing an order at the time of delivery will be processed as a standard return, subject to all regular return guidelines and logistics fee deductions.
